BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Sales & Marketing
o Directly report to Asia President, establishes and assumes accountability for delivering the budgeted volume and revenue targets for the infrastructure business within Asia.
o Provides volume, revenue and price forecasts for region and assures that the forecasts are both accurate and successfully met.
o Manages and leads the sales force of infrastructure business. Responsible for the performance and development of the regional sales team.
o Manage the marketing, Business Development and new product development and related employees under the business.
o Serves as a member of the regional business team and in this role supports the development and communication of the business strategy, market segment strategies, account strategies and product line strategies.
o Develops the annual budget for region and defines tactics with clearly defined action plans, ownership and timing. Develop ability to track performance vs. budget on a monthly basis. Assures that this plan aligns with the strategies developed by the regional business team.
o Understands the dynamics of customers, competitors and market segments and communicates this information within the global business team to drive decisions, direction and priorities.
 Overall Operationo
Oversee, in cooperation with the Regional VP of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations, the day-to-day operations of the business, including quality control, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, purchasing, HR, and administration.
o Improve current management systems and develop the capabilities of production, quality control, client relationship, etc.
o Improve quality control to identify and correct quality problems in Company before the goods are shipped to clients.
o Coordinate activities across departments to ensure company plan targets are met.
o Familiarity with US and China business operations, financial accounting and proper business practices. Ensures proper governance and compliance throughout the CWV operation in accordance with US and China laws.
o Make every endeavor to save cost in daily operations work. |
